Our Story

Family Butchers Since 1995

George Sherlock has been behind the counter in Cartron for 30 years. What started as a small local butcher has grown into one of Sligo's most trusted names for quality meat.

We source locally and choose organic where we can. Every cut comes from suppliers we know personally. No mystery meat, no shortcuts.

We recently fitted out a brand new shop with a fresh, contemporary feel. Same quality, same faces, same commitment to local food. Just a better place to buy it.
